With many of us staying at home right now due to COVID-19 restrictions, an indexing project may be one way to pass the time.
One of the most well-known indexing projects is at the FamilySearch.org website, run by The Church of Latter-Day Saints. It is easy to get started indexing records for FamilySearch.org.
You will need to create a free user name and password and once you log in just click on the “Indexing” tab at the top of the page. From there you can read an overview about indexing and then you can search for a project by country.
