The Italian Genealogical Group newsletter was selected as the winner the 2025 Large Society Newsletter Award by the National Genealogical Society (NGS), which congratulated the “proofreaders, writers and the group’s leadership for putting together a quality publication for your members.“
The award is given “to recognize the hard work, long hours, and creativity that volunteer editors devote to their newsletters.” The award was accepted by Richard Graziano, the editor of the IGG Newsletter, at the recent NGS Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.
He thanked the Newsletter Team and all the writers who contributed articles to the publication.
